Donation Requests
We are committed to our community and the great state we love. We have a budget set aside for helping out organizations who are working hard to continually enrich the state of Michigan. Because we can only approve a limited number of the many donation request applications received, please answer our questionnaire below.
Donation Request Guidlines:
- Please completely fill out the application below.
- Submit your application at least 6 weeks prior to when you need the donation.
- If you have further questions regarding donations, please email us at donations@highfivethreads.com.
Because of the volume of donation requests, please do not call to ask about your application. We ask that any correspondence be done through the email address provided.
